Every year Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) provide an opportunity for their employer partners to take a Disability Equality Index (DEI) survey to receive an objective score on how their organization is supporting disability inclusion through their policies and practices.
Getting Hired was proud to see 23 of our employer partners receive an 80% or higher on the DEI making them among the top employers for disability inclusion in 2018. Some employers included Comcast, Facebook and Highmark Health. You can see the full list here!
