Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for well-qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the USAF ICBM program.

The ICBM Systems Directorate (ICBMSD) must ensure a safe, secure and reliable Minuteman Ill weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command) through 2030.

This contract augments organic resources by providing breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and ICBM Demonstration / Validation (Dem/Val) Integrated Applications Programs.

This position reports to the BAE Systems Minuteman III Reentry System/ Reentry Vehicle (RSRV) Program Manager Branch and is responsible for the control and efficient flow of goods and information and logistical support of Minuteman Ill RSRV programs.

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for schedule and technical delivery of their assigned portfolio and will be the primary interface with applicable AFNWC/NIA branch chiefs. This position manages and delivers on corporate objectives including return on sales, product delivery (to include hours delivered), product quality and to a lesser extent, business growth.

In addition:

Coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of schedule, technical reviews, and project performance objectives. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Has a keen understanding of Minuteman Ill RSRV weapon system safety, security and surety standards.

Support of MMIII RSRV major components, handling equipment and test assembly procedures, subassemblies, tech data changes, modifications, transportation and handling procedures, storage, troubleshooting, deficiency reporting resolution.

Support of Project Officers Group (POG) Subgroups meetings that interface with the Nuclear National Security Agency (NNSA) and meeting action items generated. Other task include, but may not be limited to update/ change support to critical interface documents such as Interface Control Documents (ICD), Stockpile to Targeting Sequence (STS) Military Characteristics (MC), Joint Operational Agreements (JOA), Validation and Verification (VALNER) of interfaces with NNSA Alterations (ALT), parts provisioning verification, maintenance, logistics and repair issues, responses to NNSA generated Unsatisfactory Reports (UR). Support of Joint Test Assemblies (JTA) test flight assets provisioning verification, testing and modification.

Support of ICBM MMIII Division Equipment Specialists. Basic understanding in the use and/or application of JEDMICS, DO43, IMDB, Haystack. Understand the purpose or have knowledge of programs such as JNWPS, MNCL, Nuclear Surety, Nuclear Certification, AFTO 22, AFTO 252, AFTO 95, AFTO 244, 11N Series Tech Data, NWRM, and explosive safety.

Position is located at or near Hill AFB, Utah.

Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.

Required Skills and Education
• High school and 12+ years work experience or equivalent experience
• Associate's degree and 8+ years work experience or equivalent experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience, or
• Master's degree and 4+ years work experience or equivalent experience, or
• PhD degree
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Skills and Education
  • In depth understanding of MM Ill RSRV systems integration and systems engineering processes
  • Experience in collaborating with sustainment engineering teams
  • In depth understanding of MM Ill RSRV support and transportation/handling equipment
  • Experience with acquisition programs and transitioning them to sustainment.
