In this role, you will use and develop knowledge of Sg2 analytical tools and leverage them to answer the strategic questions of our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clients receive value from Sg2 growth and performance analytics and resources through the creation of presentations and analyses.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of Sg2 clients working with Directors of Strategic Analytics and Directors of Client Relations.
  • Develop expertise in the growth and performance improvement opportunities driven by Sg2 analytics along with the underlying data, methodology and metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire client service organization.
  • Track all client interactions in the Sg2 CRM system.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in health care management or MBA a plus.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in health care, consulting and/or strategic planning required.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage several projects/clients simultaneously without sacrificing quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, combined with the ability to address technical and data issues with client and internal teams preferred.
  • Project management and solution delivery experience in health care, operations management or consulting preferred.
  • Experience with health care data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG) within a hospital, health care payor, or health care services organization preferred.
