Job Description

Programs planning efforts of an organizations activities. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.

Basic Qualifications

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Position is part of the Workforce Planning and Analytics team. This team supports the VP of Trades Operations and VP of Manufacturing and their respective Directors to develop workforce plans, demographics and workforce analytics
