WELDING EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE TECH

Job Description

The incumbent will set up and test semi-automatic and mechanized welding equipment, analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems, perform electrical/electronic and mechanical repairs, rebuild equipment and/or perform preventative maintenance on a variety of welding and welding related equipment.

Basic Qualifications

Individuals must have the technical skills needed to complete electrical, electronic and mechanical repairs to varied base of welding equipment. The ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work in confined spaces may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of welding processes a plus. High School or GED is highly desired.
