Responsibilities

Ecommerce is the primary sales driver for Altice and the Paid Search Manager plays a major role in the success of the channel. As the Paid Search Manager, you will directly impact the company's growth on a daily basis. This role plays a critical part in the future plans and long term success of the company. The main responsibility as the Paid Search Manager will be overseeing Altice's paid search operations. You will be the in-house expert of paid search marketing strategies as well as establishing and executing effective SEM acquisition strategies for the purpose of achieving key business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct technical account audits, keyword audits and quality score audits.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis.
  • Guide ad text creation for specific keywords and overall performance.
  • On-site SEM; identify/enhance site to increase quality scores and engagement.
  • Oversee the work of multiple SEM related initiatives across multiple vendors and internal teams.
  • SEM Performance testing; plan and implement testing strategies across multiple paid search accounts, ad groups, campaigns, and keywords.
  • Create reporting that effectively communicates insights and recommendations to all levels across the organization.
  • Recommend SEM tools and best practices and keep up to date on cutting edge trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree
  • 3 years professional SEM experience
  • Proven track record of supporting successful SEM results incorporating on/off page, technical, and creative
  • Advanced analytical experience (i.e. Google Analytics, SA 360 a plus)
  • Experience creating ad content for SEM
  • Experience running multivariate tests for SEM across keywords, ad text, landing pages, etc
  • Advanced SEM expertise working across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and capture SEM opportunities
  • Experience with SEM tools like SA 360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to stay ahead of shifts in keyword performance, competitor spend and market tactics.
  • Comfortable communicating SEM solutions to all levels within an organization.
  • Conduct competitive analysis; researching, summarizing, and reporting results.
  • Create rich, insightful, unique ad recommendations both for specific keyword ranking and overall quality score.
  • Analytical curiosity and ability to dive into data to pull insights and trends relevant to the SEM channel.
