Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years of scrum-based agile experience
- Skilled in performing Product Owner responsibilities
- Accustomed to being held accountable for user satisfaction
- Team-player, team-first attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment such as Pharma, Biotech, or CRO
- Experience working with custom Salesforce.com apps
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, BACP, IIBA, PMP
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize user requirements
- Diagram As-Is and To-Be business processes and review with stakeholders
- Proactively research best practices and align solutions accordingly
- Use agile software development methodologies to author user stories
- Participate in design sessions
- Work with agile development teams to deliver new features and enhancements
- Demonstrate software changes, solicit feedback, and work with the development team to make improvements
- Participate in software validation and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Support existing products by triaging issues and coordinating solutions
- Work with software vendors to validate and deliver their products and services
- Function as a leader on the project team and liaise between business users, software developers and testers, validation analysts, solution architects, and third-party vendors
- Represent the Business Analysis team to continuously improve IT processes
