Job Summary

This opportunity is open to current PSEG employees only.

This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition, will also provide support to multiple members of the Human Resources Senior Leadership Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources team with completing, editing and distributing MS Excel and Power Point presentations on a variety of topics
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to obtain required data and to ensure information is complete and variances are researched and reconciled
  • Support Human Resources team by maintaining critical records and documentation, and being able to produce materials upon request
  • Assemble and distribute sensitive materials as needed, within PSEG standards
  • On board and off board Human Resources contractors and employees
  • Maintain vendor billing and any internal accounting tasks associated with payments. Ensure completion and proper documentation of reviews conducted as well as follow up on items needed from vendors
  • Perform various administrative functions supporting these areas including expense reporting, procurement card reviews and management /office supply ordering, setting up meetings, time administrator related activities, etc.


Job Specific Qualifications

  • 3 years business experience with a Bachelors’ degree, or 6 years of business experience

Required Competencies:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and responsive with positive and collaborative attitude
