The Senior Manager, Procurement Digital & Social Media will drive Digital Transformation especially supporting social media and media partnerships. will collaborate with the Global Digital Procurement Team, US Pharma and Oncology, Global Oncology and Global PR Teams to lead implementation of our Digital & Social Media Strategy for the US and Global Business Units. The Senior Manager Digital & Social will be responsible for enabling media partnerships development, as well as the paid social, paid search and audience driven media channels. In addition, this role will be a champion of digital transformation helping other categories to develop the best in class digital focus and developing partnerships with on-line Pharmacy partners with the focus on Amazon.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Driving higher value extraction from existing partners and identifying new potential partners
•Developing partnerships with Online as well as Off-line partners
•Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic partners
•Omnichannel marketing management
•Piloting new ways to produce and deploy dynamic content
•Emerging tech in lead generation and market-mix modeling
•Develop successful relationship with Business Units to support them with their social and digital needs
•Build new business models to support business needs in terms of buying and procurement
•Develop a process to support media partnerships
•Support efficiency initiatives
•Continuous improvement plan for taking out inefficiencies out of the existing system and deliver savings and added value

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years relevant experience supporting a large global organization
• Pharma or CPG industry preferred
• Operations management and execution
• Critical negotiation skills
