Job Summary

The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for independently resolving vendor and affiliate invoicing/billing issues, as well as verifying that work orders are audited and paid in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • With minimal oversight, responsible for verifying work orders that make up vendor and affiliate invoices to ensure accurate payments for services rendered.
  • Maintains a clear understanding of work orders from initial implementation to final payout; knowledgeable in charges for specific jobs and contract requirements.
  • Works directly with vendor or affiliate to settle disputes of services while maintaining full compliance with contract terms and agreements.
  • Analyzes work orders and audits trends to prevent invoice fraud.
  • Adjusts work orders based on special projects as directed by Field Operations leadership.
  • Responsible for familiarity with individual vendor and affiliate contracts to ensure invoicing is accurate and aligned to respective contract provisions.
  • Responsible for reviewing and resolving vendor inquiries regarding work order processing/payment activity.
  • Prepare and analyze payment adjustments outside of systemic work order scoring for special pricing as directed by Field Operations leadership.
  • Work with Regional RVPs/Directors to resolve billing items and provide guidance on payment activity.
  • Assist Business Planning Manager with month-end accrual calculations.
  • Responsible for testing on-going invoice system enhancements to support evolving business needs.
  • Provide support for UG capitalization reporting
  • Prepare AdHoc analysis to support business.


Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an invoicing/billing role or related role required.
  • Experience managing and retaining relationships with vendors preferred.
  • Experience with high volume, high value invoice management.
  • Proficient in Office 365/Google Docs.
