I. Job Summary

Oversees planning and execution of small and relatively simple projects.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
  • Serves as project liaison between team members, functional area management and AVP. Must be able to prioritize and deliver with a strong sense of urgency
  • Serves as a liaison between the executive manager, managers and visitors as required; requests and schedules appointments and meetings and resolves problems requiring in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures, and projects in progress.
  • Proactively creates and tracks market level metrics and facilitates strategy execution to address trends
  • Works with and as a part of project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed.
  • Develops and maintains project plans and budgets and prepares and analyzes project performance reports.
  • Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates market level meeting. Provides meeting templates and synthesizes market level data
  • Maintains market level Teams and SharePoint sites
  • Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.
  • Drafts and maintains confidential correspondence, edits documents, takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, and performs other administrative and secretarial duties.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

Does not require direct supervision of staff but must be able to lead, influence and accomplish tasks through others.

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administrationn Finance or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED(accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Five years previous experience (in addition to work experience)

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
  • None required. PMP and/or Green Belt preferred

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
  • Must be highly skilled in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
    • Pivot tables and Macros
  • Must be proficient at project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
