Job Description

Manage a portfolio of low and medium segment capital projects from initial evaluation, scope development and execution within time, budget, Safety, Health and Environment and Quality constraints for Global Engineering Solutions in the Southeast US. Demonstrated proficiency in project management, leadership, speaking and writing skills required. Critical thinking and an understanding of lean methodologies are important for success. Responsible for working with the team to develop the right culture between team members. Ability to manage and lead targeted communications with various stakeholders, users and other functions required to define and execute projects. Good working knowledge of the capital management process and develops and presents documentation required for appropriate stage gate reviews. Assignment will cover projects across the Southeast US and the position may need travel to other sites for extended periods of time in Our Company.

    • A minimum of 5 years of operations and/or project management experience
    • An understanding of operations and expectations in a regulatory environment.


Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Construction and process safety experience
  • Experience with lean construction methods
  • Team building and leadership skills
  • Offsite construction experience
  • Familiarity and use of BIM
  • A good knowledge of project C&Q principles & documentation in a regulatory environment
  • Experience with project QA/QC programs
