Job Title: Senior Analyst, Web Operations Services

Summary:

Responsible for deployment, technical/functional configuration, optimization, and support of web delivery, cloud and micro-services platforms for business-critical applications. Act as Level 4 SME for the Web Operations team (on and offshore). Provide operational support for those web based and micro-services platforms.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Technical configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Web technology components. L4 SME guidance and direction to on and offshore teammates.

Develop relationships with key business partners. Drive support for critical incidents for web based technologies that support supply chain, commercial, and BI business processes for our global partners. Manage prioritization, communication, and validation of requests for change.

Fulfill Subject Matter Expert role in web technology components for projects including proposals, development, discovery, requirements, technical approaches and key deliverables.

Drive identification and documentation of requirements development for business requests for new capabilities and process changes. Lead global support teams in driving development and testing activities for new capabilities.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

Web/microservices systems Management

  • Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
  • Service oriented architecture, REST, APIs;
  • Individually or in combination: Akamai CDN, F5 BigIP Local Traffic Manager, SSL, Digital Certificates, DNS, Apache Tomcat;
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing landscapes.


Systems Engineering/Administration

  • AWS, Azure
  • Kubernetes
  • Unix/Linux Skills
  • Networking
  • Java
  • API design and API management solutions


Other:
  • SAP Basis/interfaces and bolt-ons


Client Interaction: All clients including executive level.

Project Scope: System-wide/cross functional, large, complex teamwork. Executes integration and implementation of new technologies/projects. May serve multiple geographies. Informs direction for projects.

Sphere of Influence: SME for project management. Responsible for proposing solutions to technical problems during projects. Guides project contractors on best practices. Provides technical opinions during projects and to customers. Interacts with leadership at Manager, Director and Sr. Director level.

Roles and Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert in multiple facets of Web platform operations and delivery. Acts as escalation resource for on and offshore teammates.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Master's degree or advanced certifications a plus.


Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years of systems administration experience including lifecycle implementations/upgrades of business-critical integration components.
  • Lead Analyst level experience and knowledge in web infrastructure and technologies, systems, and networking technologies.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
