Responsible for managing the overall Staffing function forassigned business groups or functions.Ensure the recruitment and placement of highly qualified candidates in accordance with budgets and new hire date requirements.Work with management on projects related to process, procedures and reporting requirementsto coordinate staffing activity.


1.Meet with hiring managers and department heads to understand position requirements and current business needs. Understand department's forecasted staffing needs and planrecruiting strategies months in advance of actual start date needed.

2.Utilize a variety of recruitment tactics, including but not limited to Internet recruitment and advertising, to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.

3. Ability to lead a team of recruiters and coordinator(s).

3.Initiate and develop adequate recruiting sources to continually expand the candidate pool and enhance the quality of candidates.

4.Counsel management in the staffing process including the staffing requisition process, selectionand determining salaries.

5.Manage the internal job posting process to ensure that employees are considered and receive appropriate feedback on their candidacy.
