TheSingle Family Digital Products - Strategic Alliance - Senior Associaterole will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Develop newand growexisting partnerships with third-party software providers to ensure ourcustomerscan take full advantage of Fannie Mae's product offerings and technology integrations to help drive digital transformation within the mortgage industry
  • Demonstratemulti-level relationship-buildingwith partners including those at the executive level and work with partners to represent our customers, products, and programs
  • Responsible forunderstanding partner's business,providingfeedback,anddevelopingand executingstrategicaccountplans
  • Perform essentialalliancebusiness activities that requireexperience and skillwith limited to no supervision
  • Own several components of deliverables and/or projects
  • Provide informal coaching/mentoring of Associates or support staff on specific work/projects and on an ad hoc basis
  • Facilitate strategic account planning sessions to foster collaboration between partners and develop a clear roadmap of goals to execute against Fannie Mae's product/program strategy
  • Develop,negotiate,and close agreementsand contractswith external partners
  • Develop and manage partners from business planning to integration to go-to-market
  • Help partners leverage Fannie Mae's products and technology to enhance their offerings, integrate with them to extend the value of our product portfolio in themarketplace
  • Conduct day-to-day interactions and be the first point of contact for partners around all key areas (operations, financial, customer issues, training, product enhancement, etc.),drive new opportunities,and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of daily business issues
  • Support integration of new products with existing partners
  • Create sponsorship opportunities by developing joint events and initiatives with partners
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder


Minimum Required Experiences
  • 2 years of related experience in partner management, sales, or consulting related role
  • 2 years of experience in housing finance or technology development and distribution required
  • Prior experience participating in deal negotiations including business requirements, revenue structuring, contract negotiation and other necessary terms
  • Willing and able to travel with significant time (up to 40%) at partner sites, conferences, and events.
  • Ability to deliver convincing presentations to partners, executives, and prospective audiences of varying size.
  • Excellent communication, decision making, and organizational skills.
  • Track record of customer and/or partner engagement and proven success in identifying and bringing to market innovative solution opportunities for joint offerings.
  • Expertise using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
