Job Summary
Under the direction of the Marketing Technology & Operations Senior Manager, engage in the strategic and creative execution for the development of successful marketing and communications materials and initiative elements to support marketing programs across all channels. Act as project manager and execute against marketing program assets that have been developed in support of the annual business line objectives. Partner with writers and designers to accomplish project goals on time and within budget. Highly skilled at working across several projects within both the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer areas at the same time. Organization, attention to detail and prioritization skills will be important to determine the workflow and importance of each project. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners (legal, compliance, purchasing, etc.).

Job Accountabilities

  • Formulate and define strategic scope and objectives of project and facilitate walk thrus and reviews. Following existing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation; create standards and procedures as required and prepare/deliver regular project status reports. Develop implementation plans that effectively control project implementation and post-project completion; conduct post-implementation review and document findings. Ensure delivery of samples of completed projects to job owner, production manager and designer. Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications. Formally document any changes to the approved project plan.
  • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, scope, staffing, roles and responsibilities, scheduling, quality, identification of risks, contingency plans, management plans, procurement needs and allocation of available resources including personnel. Execute plans to completion, on time and on budget.
  • Consult with management and review project ROI documentation to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
  • Assist with development, communication and execution of marketing programs to internal departments. Assist with proofing materials in other media for accuracy.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or business related field; or related experience. Required

  • 7-10 years Financial services marketing experience with a mid-tier financial services company that has several separate & distinct lines of business; or equivalent marketing and project management experience within a company that has several separate & distinct lines of business. Minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Required
