Under supervision of the Principal Investigator in the Department of Radiology, the Research Associate will design and prepare plans and specifications for project and algorithms, coordinate testing of software, and participate in the collection, maintenance and analysis of experimental data.

He/she will test the feasibility of the design with consideration of such factors as system effectiveness, reliability, and configuration.

1. Individual has mathematical related undergraduate, BS degree or above.
2. Individual has computer programing background.
3. Demonstrated skill in problem solving, prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
4. Strong interpersonal skills for interaction to communicate diplomatically and effectively with peers, researchers, and University faculty and staff.
5. Ability to function as a team member yet still able to work independently.
6. Experience and working knowledge of various workstations (e.g.. Freesurfer, FSL, Linux, MATLAB, AFNI, SPM, Vital Images, Osirix, Visage, Siemens Syngo) to process and generate high quality multimodal images.
