Maintenance Center Supervisor

Enterprise Holding is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Service Center/Maintenance Center Supervisor! The qualified person would be responsible for the cost, speed of service, quality and revenue generation of maintaining the rental fleet. They must optimize the revenue opportunities of each location by minimizing unnecessary maintenance expense and lag time and provide supervision and leadership to the maintenance team to ensure all goals are achieved daily. The Service Center Supervisor is responsible for hiring, managing and training staff responsible for maintenance and repairs of vehicles, supporting multiple business lines. The position will focus on executing the maintenance and repair plans and strategy, maintaining costs, protecting assets, ensuring optimal performance and scheduling technicians based on the business needs. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to a large team of Maintenance Technicians, Auto Mechanics and support staff to maximize efficiency, productivity, control cost and capitalize on warranty revenue.

This full-time position is located at 6855 Bermuda Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119 and offers a first year compensation of $75000 (negotiable based on experience).

  • Inventory Management: Supervise service center inventory to ensure vehicles are properly accounted for and placed back into rental service in a timely manner.
  • Maximize Fleet Availability: Adhere to PDI and preventive maintenance requirements, as outlined by vehicle manufacturers. Manage out-of-service units vended to repair facilities outside the service center network.
  • Minimize Turnback Lag Times: Monitor body, dealer, mechanical, and turnback lag (where applicable).
  • Body Damage and Damage Recovery: Ensure proper airport damage documentation, bodyshop coordination and quality repair assessments are being completed (where applicable).
  • Fleet Disposal: Manage and monitor all fleet disposals including the turnback process and wholesale of reject/salvage units; minimize turnback costs through proper maintenance and preparation of vehicles (where applicable).
  • Warranty: Complete and document all warrantable repairs according to company standards; schedule associates to ensure personnel productivity and efficiency; ensure timely and accurate completion of all repairs and manufacturer recalls according to manufacturer guidelines; promote and manage ASE certifications.
  • Bus Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of buses; maintain bus records to state and local requirements; manage outside vendors and related expenses where applicable.
  • Personnel: Recruit, hire, staff, schedule and train all maintenance associates.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service by providing safe quality vehicles.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate car quality and maintenance with location and customer service managers (i.e., PM's, tire pressure, fluid level, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of automotive education and/or work relatedexperience
  • 2 years previous maintenance-related management experience within the past 5 years
    • Fleet experience and ASE certifications preferred
  • Working knowledge of all maintenance operations systems, including computer programs
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license withno more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
