The Government Health and Safety Operation has an opening for a program financial analyst to support a large healthcare contract in Baltimore.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of T&M financials on the IHCCS contract within the CMS division. Will manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting of various programs and contract types. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, significant interface with the CMS division BusOps managers, IHCCS Program Manager, Contracts, and other Support organizations. Will be responsible for all internal and external financial deliverables including EAC's for the T&M projects, monthly billing on the T&M projects, monthly/quarterly forecasts. Follows financial policies and procedures in support of the program. Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 4-8 years related experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments within the programs supporting. Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Leidos financial systems; such as: LPAS, Cognos, Fusion, and Cost Point. Ability to work independently or team environment.
