Summary

Facebook is seeking a highly-motivated Executive Assistant to work in partnership with a leader's staff, supporting daily operations, logistics, and other project-based support. This role reports to the leader's Executive Assistant.The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-pace, high-intensity work setting.This position is full-time.

  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets

  • Complex calendar management


Minimum Qualification

  • Experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • Calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite


Preferred Qualification

  • BA/BS
