We need someone who is a talented media trailblazer with a proven track record of owning performance (direct response) media strategy and execution from end-to-end, who excels at improving operational efficiencies and who is capable of creating positive, meaningful change. These responsibilities include some of the following: Responsible for providing actionable insights & optimizations on media performance to drive greater efficiency and results for clients across digital Support development of client-specific measurement plans and translation of measurement frameworks into performance KPIs in partnership with the media & brand teams Lead development of a data-driven strategy across brand teams in order to further build and execute a digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency and channel mix Align closely with agency partner teams who will be leading implementation of the media buys Coordinate to deploy audience first, data driven media planning and execution Perform analysis on the media mix rationale, budget distribution, forecasting and segmentation Assist in the development of an audience 1st and data driven marketing approach across all digital planning and ensure campaigns are managed in a manner to facilitate consumer first, robust measurement and data hygiene as well as optimized to deliver the best performance Develop cohesive digital cross-channel recommendations and plans (search, social and programmatic Oversee management of full life cycle of addressable media campaigns (programmatic, social, 3rd party partners) Actively seek opportunities to expand understanding and use of audience led and addressable media Drives POVs and craft presentations that demonstrate leadership and ignite innovation on the business Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years in digital media planning and execution with higher priority within paid search. Experience in SEM, PLA, Display, Programmatic & Paid social with deep specialization in at least 2 of these channels Experience with Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools, etc. Experience managing acquisition-focused campaigns Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Able to navigate and speak to the complexities of the digital media landscape across disciplines Persuasive storyteller and presenter. Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations and able to think on one's feet Highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter, including the ability to process and understand large data sets and clearly articulate program status to management Additional qualification in paid social & programmatic is very welcome Why GSK?
