About the Role:

As Customer & Digital Team (CDT)VP of Digital Transformation, you will play a significant role in shaping, influencing, and driving the execution of various coordinated programs of work in support of Prudential’s digital strategy. You will be responsible for working with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, tracking priorities and outcomes and managing business relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Foster understanding and alignment on strategic vision / initiatives across the broader Prudential system and multiple levels within the organization.
  • Develop effective presentations, manage timelines, and coordinate inputs from inside and outside of the CDT to inform and influence decision making with senior leadership.
  • Be a conduit for knowledge management for the CDT and its partners.
  • Collaborate with CDT and CMO leadership, as well as leaders from across Prudential’s lines of business to help define, coordinate and drive initiatives tied to Prudential’s digital transformation.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years overall business experience, with deep understanding of financial services; management / strategy consulting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications, with the ability to synthesize insights into compelling presentations.
  • Ability to juggle different projects/priorities independently and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Strong partnering skills and ability to work collaboratively across a large organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to break down complex ideas and convey them concisely and clearly in both oral and written form.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to take accountability, learn, and improve continuously
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau or other data analytics tools or programs a plus
