We are looking for a candidate who will provide functional supervision of both junior and experienced RF engineers in support of the development of RF Digital Front End Modules such as Amplifiers, Up-Converters, and Switch Matrices Modules within the RF Capability Group. The ideal candidate will mentor and lead more junior engineers and provide career guidance as well as technical support to the programs these engineers are assigned to as necessary in executing sound engineering on respective assignments. A familiarity with the comprehensive Hardware Design process, including conceptual through final design, support to procurement, work hands-on with antenna assembly personnel, engineering test, debug, integration and support to product manufacture and qualification is necessary. The applicant is expected to have domain expertise in radio frequency design and development, and will act as an internal consultant and technical authority to his/her peers and subordinates. Applicant will be expected to provide major inputs to proposals involving RF Module scope and new business development. The candidate will be expected to manage and mentor more junior personnel in their support of development programs and internal IRAD projects.

** This position is a hybrid role, meaning some days onsite, some days work from home. Daily schedule to be determined after hire.**


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of applicable experience OR a Master's Degree and 8+ years of applicable experience.
  • Ability to act as an internal consultant and technical authority to his/her peers and subordinates.
  • Capable of providing major inputs to proposals involving antenna scope and new business development.
  • Ability to manage and mentor more junior personnel in their support of development programs and internal IRAD projects.
  • Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master's Degree in Engineering discipline
  • Experience and leadership in RF Module and Microelectronics development and sustainment support of DOD military electronics/equipment
  • Certified Six-Sigma Black-Belt
  • Active DOD Security Clearance
