ETL Data Architect (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services - IICS)

Qualifications

What do you need to have?
  • 10+ years' experience in the architecture, design and development of Data Warehouse, Data Integration and ETL.
  • Strong Knowledge of IICS - Cloud Data Integration (and related tools on the platform) and ETL Architecture.
  • Hands-on design and development with tools such as IICS - Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality, Replication.
  • Design and Data Modeling experience using ER/Studio.
  • In-depth experience with Data Warehousing and Data Mart with strong SQL required.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, design and implementation of business process changes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, Database design, and SQL.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of query, reporting, database, and analytic business intelligence tools.
  • Lead a development pod in execution of multiple projects.
  • Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
  • BS in computer science or equivalent or working towards a BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Informatica Certification, preferred.
  • MS in computer science or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?We're taking a fresh approach at ways that technology and analytics can empower those working in the clinical lifecycle and shape the future of clinical development. Develop, implement, and maintain systems that align to PRA's IT architecture and strategies. Participate in design sessions and provide input on software solutions. Act as technical lead for one or more projects, providing oversight and guidance on technical and design issues and mentor junior team members. Act as a liaison between software engineers and architecture. Be proactive in software design and architecture, working closely with architects and software engineers to come up with the right solutions to the problem. Be an active participant and lead code reviews. Keep up to date with the latest developments in the software field.
