Our location in Alameda, CA, currently has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and administration of various sales projects, programs, and reporting.

You will collaborate with the Sales Operations Managers to assist them with the trimester's Target and Territory Alignments, Sales Tools/Dashboard releases, ongoing coordination and delivery of sales reports (standard and ad-hoc), and management of the US Commercial on-boarding process.

Main responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
  • Responsible for assisting with field inquiries as it relates to sales tools, data, and reporting
  • Evaluate processes and tools to help drive optimal efficiencies
  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders across various channels

  • Assignments are received in objective oriented terms
  • Independently determines and develops approach and solutions
  • Identifies and quantifies risks and their consequences relative to the success of part of a project and recommends action
  • Makes decisions within the scope of responsibility
  • Ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules
  • Decisions or recommendations would typically result in achieving critical departmental and/or project objectives
  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in critical delays and modifications to projects or operations and may cause substantial expenditure of resources
  • Exert influence in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
  • Drives functional performance that ensures cross-functional standards and expectations are met


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence required
  • Additional post-graduate education may contribute toward the desired years of experience.
  • Typically requires 6-7 years of significant financial experience to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position

Candidates/incumbents should possess the following:
  • Ability or aptitude to apply in-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting methodologies, and Division-specific operations to lead complex processes and to support related systems and functions
  • Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior
  • Ability to operate independently with a broad scope of responsibility under minimal supervision and under challenging time constraints
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and critical-thinking skills
