Associate Infrastructure Engineer, Tech Support

Job Summary

In this role, you will perform root cause analysis on applications to determine the problem and provide a long term and short term solution. You will be a key member of the IT team supporting Vizient's business segments.

  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Track tickets, research issues, answers customer questions and identify duplicates.
  • Handle incident resolution.
  • Work tickets through resolution and change management as required.
  • If unable to resolve, route to technical team member.
  • Update customers by providing visibility into work in progress and backlog.
  • Participate in daily SCRUM meetings.

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Sufficient understanding and knowledge of IT products and services to assist internal users, members, suppliers, and/or computer operations preferred.
  • Knowledge with SQL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, and strong problem solving skills preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$43,800.00 - $63,500.00
