Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with examining and analyzing accounting and operational records, and determine financial status, efficiency, and effectiveness of operating and reporting procedures.

The Capital Markets - Internal Audit - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Gather capital markets and treasury operational information from various sources.
  • Assess the control environment and process risks.
  • Perform control design assessment and test control operational effectiveness to identify potential process improvements in capital markets and treasury operations.
  • Process reports documenting identified errors or improvements.



Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Capital Markets knowledge preferred, but not required

  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
  • Ability to process and analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software
  • The group of skills related to Governance and Compliance including creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Information Retrieval including fact gathering, conducting focus groups and interviews, designing surveys, etc.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Skilled in Visio
  • Experience using Microsoft Planner
  • Skilled in Tableau
  • Skilled in TeamMate for audit solutions
  • Experience using RiskWorks
  • Skilled in Alteryx for data analytics applications
  • Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat including Adobe Pro, Acrobat Reader, Acrobat, and
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using SharePoint
