Global Partner Commercial Enablement Analyst

Global Operations' focus is on improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. The Global Partner Commercial Enablement Analyst will be responsible for supporting critical functions within the Commercial Enablement team, including: vendor partner billing, invoicing, supply tracking, and financial forecasting. This role will work in close partnership with a variety of teams, including Project Specialists, Finance, Global Outsourcing, Capacity Planning, and Data Analytics, to drive insights and inform decisions.

Required Skills

  • Lead the billing and invoice reconciliation process for a specific Line of Business in Global Operations.
  • Support the end-to-end tracking, auditing and administration for resources (headcount) and across a complex global operation.
  • Lead weekly meetings with external vendor partners, including pulling and analyzing reports ahead of those meetings.
  • Create and maintain financial forecasts, partnering with multiple teams for inputs.
  • Perform month-end close processes in partnership with Finance teams.
  • Key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing, billing data governance, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative behavior while executing through ambiguous scenarios.

Minimum Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, labor planning, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics, space planning or a combination of these
  • 2+ years of experience developing financial plans, budgets, return on investment analysis or cost benefit assessment
  • Experience in creating sustainable processes and iterative process improvement, attention to detail and proven organizational skills
  • Communication skills including the experience presenting information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences
  • Self-starter with experience effectively navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience using advanced functions in Excel
  • Team-player focused on winning together, achieving more as a team than as an individual

Preferred Qualification

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other process methodologies
  • Knowledge in SQL, Tableau or similar data visualization applications
