Data Entry - High Volume


This position will be working in a high volume data entry production environment. Responsible for meeting and productivity goals on a daily and weekly basis. Position works on-site at secure customer facility. The Job requires sorting, scanning, indexing, auditing and maintaining records.

  • Perform basic records center operations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Respond to specific requests by searching, locating, retrieving, and delivering records or information through established procedures and delivery systems in a timely manner.
  • Receive files for entry into Records Management System review for accuracy and enters data.
  • Scan records as directed, saving images in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Records Management email and voicemail boxes and responds appropriately to requests and inquiries.
  • Knowledge Of:
  • Filing and data entry best practices.
  • Personal computer skills.
  • Ability to take direction and perform tasks accordingly.
  • Collect metrics and communicate project status.
  • Communicate appropriately verbally and in writing.
  • Team work and sense of urgency as required.
  • Manage physical boxes.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in operating office equipment such as reprographics equipment, calculators, and reader/printers preferred.
  • Good typing skills and basic computer skills with diligent attention to detail.
  • 10-key data entry experience required
  • Familiar with file room operations.
  • Attention to detail very important.
  • Ability to meet daily quotas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Comfortable with sitting or standing for prolonged periods
