Our Mission Intelligence organization provides IT solutions, analytics support, and digital integration to major customers within the US Intelligence Community. We are always looking to provide our customers with a better solution by way of technology insertion, out of the box thinking, and state of the art solutions. Currently, we are building our Cloud Solutions team and searching for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work as a core team member to develop, adapt, and maintain advanced, highly reliable software for cloud networks, platforms, and applications. You will innovate and identify opportunities to automate tasks as well as advance agile and secure solutions. You will also collaborate with BAE Systems and customer partners to maintain a multidisciplinary focus for this large-scale project.
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Build and maintain a healthy CI/CD pipeline
  • Administer systems necessary to maintain CI/CD pipeline
  • Lead and guide the design, development of reusable components, code and document custom automation frameworks, maintain scripts and update as needed to build continuous delivery pipelines and availability of the product.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in container, cloud native platform like Docker/Kubernetes
  • Expert knowledge in managing VMware vSphere / ESXi / ESX environments.
  • Expert knowledge in managing Linux / Unix system
  • Understanding of utilizing API's for information
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding for use, deployment and management of Amazon AWS services for SaaS products, including but not limited to VPC, EC2, Containers, S3, ELB, RDS, Route53, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, WAF, HSM/KMS, IAM, Code Commit, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline, Elastic Bean Stalk, Cloud Trail, API Gateways and other Amazon AWS development and management tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of CI/CD automation tools and components like Cloud Formation, AWS Code, Puppet, Jenkins, Selenium, Bit Bucket, Bamboo, Ansible, Nagios.

  • Deploy and manage infrastructure
  • Contribute ideas on how to continuously improve deployment systems and processes
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and issues to non technical leaders and users
  • Ability to present complex and challenging information to executives


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working in a software application development environment
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as circleCI, Jenkins, Tavis, codepipeline
  • Operational experience with networking and an understanding of networking principles
  • Knowledge of VMware vSphere products: i.e. vCenter, ESX, vSAN and NSX
