What you'll do...

Senior Manager II, Digital Citizenship – Privacy and Incident Response

As the Senior Manager II, Privacy, and Incident Response, you will be responsible for managing incident response issues related to privacy and customer/patient data; identifying, reporting, and addressing compliance gaps and concerns; establishing effective controls and compliance oversight related to those risks, and collaborating with other functional areas on various compliance initiatives as needed.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Developing business best practices and procedures to ensure thorough, timely, and cost-effective investigations
  • Leveraging data and analytics to proactively identify trends, spot risk, and inform investigative strategies
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve internal investigations primarily involving customer and patient data
  • Maximizing investigations expertise to support and lead an investigative team
  • Evaluating investigative work product to ensure it meets investigative standards
  • Looking for opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams within a corporate environment

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
