You’ll make an impact by:
  • Aligning and Executing to the category or store design strategy: you’ll partner with merchants to align on strategy to then draw CAD designs, floorplans, store layouts and modulars that ultimately meet the customers’ needs
  • Building relationships: you’ll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with merchants, Mod Managers, Business Analytics, Replenishment, Store Space Managers, and the Supplier Community
  • Willingness to Learn and Grow: You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different parts of the business as you grow in the role. You could be drawing modulars in Electronics one month, drawing CAD designs for Grocery the next and analyzing floorplans in Seasonal the next.
  • Execution Focused: Creates merchandise fixture plans for store plans by utilizing CAD space planning platforms to create and maintain store layouts. Validates floorplans and planograms for modular relays and project stores by utilizing space planning software to review accuracy of floorplans and mod drawings; utilizing modular and category space tools; and comparing modulars or planograms to actual store category space.

Skills/Key Focus Areas:
  • Designing store layouts to enable existing store formats
  • Drawing and executing modulars to bring new items to stores
  • Building space floorplans to simplify shopping and improve flow for our customers

The hourly wage for this position is $24.76 to $42.07*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
