Senior Advertising Filing Consultant (Fully Remote)(SERFF REQUIRED)

Job Description
Experienced / career level compliance position that applies compliance, business, analytical and communication skills to coordinating all aspects of advertising filings submitted to departments of insurance from initial compliance review to approval. Maintains positive, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively coordinating with sales teams, project teams, and Legal and Compliance functional areas. Influences decision-making and compliant outcomes necessary to accomplish ambitious goals within strict timelines.

Required Qualifications
SERFF Filing experience - MUST HAVE
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory insurance environment for the following products: Medicare supplement, standalone dental, whole life, hospital indemnity, short term recovery care
This position requires attention to detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should be experienced with legal research and interpreting state laws and regulations.
Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, asking questions as needed.
Candidate should be a team player with a good attitude who is willing to learn and support the team on a variety of projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Possessing Project Management skills is a plus
Paralegal certificate or experience is a plus

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
