Director, Account Management

Job Description
As the Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for delivery to your respective client base within the Aetna IBU. You will have the opportunity to engage, understand and communicate unique services needs of your business unit with Sales, internal partners, and other key operational areas to provide outstanding client support.

You will also have responsibility for the following:
• Identifying and driving operational process improvement initiatives for their business unit throughout CVS Caremark
• Driving overall client satisfaction regarding operational support and service delivery
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal partners to meet client deliverables and ensuring understanding of operational changes, clients as well identify operational product and service offerings ideal for the business unit
• Leading and developing a team responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and successful delivery of day-to-day operational projects, with a focus on determining and driving a dedicated delivery of service to clients within respective business unit

Your success will be determined by your ability to drive outstanding client satisfaction, as measured by client surveys, as well as by high levels of engagement across your team. Your role will require you to drive accountability among your team as well as a variety of teams across the enterprise. You will exhibit superior leadership competencies while exercising good judgment and diplomacy. Your passion for delivering solutions that balance both client expectations and CVS Caremark objectives will be critical to your success in delivering strong results. You should have knowledge of systems as well as a deep understanding of CVS Caremark's processes, services and products. In this role, you will play a meaningful role that supports CVS Health's success and position in the PBM Marketplace.

This position can be located remotely.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of prior relevant experience
• At least 8 years of experience managing client relationships and acting as the liaison in that relationship with various internal operational partners
• At least 5 years of leadership experience including having direct people management
• Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of PBM systems (including Rx Claim and SalesForce.com), process, and overall industry workings
• Leadership of an Account Management team within the healthcare arena

Education
• Bachelor's degree is required
