  • Communicates essential information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicates problems, concerns and issues interdepartmentally an interdepartmentally appropriately.
  • Responds to department requests promptly and courteously.
  • Performs a variety of support duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
  • Participates in performance improvement and/or quality assurance activities and facility-based initiatives.


Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate; less than 1 year of experience
