MGR. IMAGING SERVICE INFO SYSTEM

Summary

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of the Imaging Services Information Systems will lead the design, implementation, operation and support of all Imaging Services associated IT Applications. This includes strategic planning, system selection, implementation and project management. Includes daily management of the Imaging Services PACS Administrators and RIS Coordinators workflow and performance. The Manager of the Imaging Services Information Systems reports to the AVP of LBH Imaging Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinates the technical and operational activities related to maintenance and development of all Imaging Services IT applications.
  • Ensures documented compliance with all Imaging Services Information System regulatory requirements including CMS, TJC, NRC, MQSA and the State of MD.
  • Provides direction and guidance to assigned staff. Performs administrative duties as part of the Imaging Services leadership team.
  • Provides Imaging Service Information Systems leadership in the project management of new system application selection and implementations, releases and upgrades.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Seasoned professional knowledge, equivalent to a Master's degree
  • Master's degree in IT/IS related field
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • ARRT or ARDMS or NMTCB
