Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Support activities with cross-functional partners to monitor the external landscape, including but not limited to: BD&L, BI/CI, product access, key accounts, and competitive activity to identify and advise on trends that require further investigation or action
• Assists in cross-functional RLT platform initiatives to evaluate market needs, develop RLT strategy, and support implementation efforts
• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up for quarterly Town Halls, monthly US Leadership Team meetings, and Senior Leadership Meetings
• Assists with workshops and c-suite presentations to define corporate strategy and operationalize cross-functional execution of tactics
• Support Franchise leadership in defining and implementing initiatives that enable strategic plans, with focus on cross-brand and cross-functional coordination and identification of bold, innovative initiatives
• Evaluate Franchise performance data and trends to identify key themes and develop cross-functional communication materials of key insights / solutions
• Coordinate responses to senior management requests for information, especially for launches and strategic brands
• Work across brands within the franchises to find opportunities for efficiencies and collaborations that will drive franchise success

Minimum requirements

– This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
– This position will require travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field, business or marketing required, MBA a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: pharmaceutical sales, marketing, market access, sales analytics, incentives or strategy
• 2+ years of management / strategic consulting strongly preferred
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Established ability to analyze da-ta and trends and develop sound business insights
• Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills to shape and articulate a clear strategy/story
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Demonstrated success managing internal/external stakeholders and leading or influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment including strong teamwork and collaboration
• Comprehension of commercial strategy, sales force execution, and insight gathering methodologies needed to evolve brand strategy
• Ability to travel as needed to the sales regions as well as for national, regional, area and launch meetings
