This individual is involved in developing marketing campaign strategies leveraging multi-channel digital tactics to promote and sell the organization's products and services. Designs and directs the web, email automation, social and paid media tactics, and online digital experiences from the viewpoint of the customer. Develops analysis of multi-channel marketing programs designed to meet business revenue, performance and engagement goals. Establishes and designs segmentation, persona and engagement strategies to effectively and intelligently engage the target audience. Establishes and manages executive-level relationships with marketing and program stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the development of multi-channel campaign strategies with marketing segments to align the corporate marketing digital strategy and achieve business objectives
  • Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative digital solutions to meet them
  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Develops, manages and documents digital business plans to achieve objectives
  • Develops and presents analysis of digital marketing programs to direct future design strategies
  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Establishes partnership with the execution and channel strategy teams to ensure best practices for campaign planning, tracking, execution and process for greatest business impact
  • Influences leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • May have segment-wide impact
  • Directs cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a digital marketing planning or consulting role
  • 5+ years of experience developing complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • 5+ years of broad marketing technology experience(CRM or Marketing automation platform) either planning or delivering digital programs
  • 3+ years of working in Digital Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • 3+ years of senior leadership relationship experience including influencing and presenting strategic concepts
  • Fluency in the development of business insights derived from quantitative analysis
  • Digital acumen with expertise in Excel and data visualization (such as DOMO, Tableau or Qlik)
  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills to translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Understanding of sales cycles and product lifecycles and their respective pressures on the marketing organization to drive demand and revenue
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
