Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implements solutions that exemplify modern practices
  • Reuses and/or develops moderately advanced instrumentation and diagnostics
  • Reuses and develops self-documenting functions, APIs and microservices to solve moderately advanced problems
  • Implements modern components, tools and technologies
  • Implements practices that support ATDD and CICD
  • Implements solutions to address issues and ensure efficient and consistent solutions
  • Reuses and develops algorithms to solve moderately advanced problems
  • Reuses and develops data structures to solve moderately advanced problems
  • Understands all the connected technology services and their impacts
  • Assesses ideas in context of maximizing business value
  • Assesses design and proposes options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability and feasibility
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
  • Designs and builds services to allow them to be automated
  • Identifies opportunities to use AI/ML technologies
  • One to many of the following: website performance, consumer experience, UI/UX, services, etc. across all brands
  • Partners with developers to design and deliver clean, efficient code based on business and innovation specifications
  • Integrates software components and third-party programs, verifies and deploys programs / systems, troubleshoots, debugs and upgrades software both custom and leased
  • Positions will vary in impact to IOI tied to DTC, Call Center Optimization, Lead Generation, and Digital Transformation

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5-9 years of relevant experience in C#, .NET, React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Material-UI
  • At least 5 years of relevant or related experience in MS SQL 2005 and higher
  • Experience with mastering a variety of programming languages and practice building software
  • Knowledgeable in software development and testing concepts and methodology
  • Object-Oriented Programming Design and UML methodologies with analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interpret policies and apply experience
