Part Time Overnight Greeter

Nationaland Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Greeter. The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process; greeting and fulfilling club member needs as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provides member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Creates and maintains a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 / hour to $18.50 / hour, based on a 25 hour / week

*This position works primarily outside in all seasons and weather elements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet Emerald Club members as they arrive on the lot making them feel valued and welcome and provide information in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work proactively with drivers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
  • Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot and assist customers with luggage if needed
  • Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
  • Review reservation manifest for special requests and daily game plan for preparation for our customers
  • Communicate customer service issues to management and document customer service issues for areas of opportunity for improved Emerald Club service
  • Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness and maintain clean, low milage fleet mix per requirements
  • Return failed inspection units back to production for re-cleaning
  • Facilitate change of equipment vehicles or additional equipment to meet customer's needs
  • Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions, maps and return directions as needed
  • Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions
  • A minimumof basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions
  • Apart from religious observations, must be available to work 25 hours per week
  • Must be willing to accept the starting wage of $16.50 / hour
  • Must be able to work one of the following schedules:
    • Sunday-Thursday 8p-1:30a
    • Tuesday-Saturday 8p-1:30a
    • Thursday-Monday 8p-1:30a
