The Enterprise Holdings has an opening for anExecutive Assistant located at our Administrative Office inRichmond, VA!

Enterprise Holdings operates Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highlyaware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties along with providing direct support to our Group Controller, General Manager and Leadership Team.

This is a full-time position with Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, a 401K Retirement Plan (with employer contribution), Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off.

This position will be temporarily located at 9401 Midlothian Tpke., North Chesterfield, VA 23235 with some days scheduled in Williamsburg, VA. Upon completion of our headquarters in Richmond, this position will be permenately located at 1 Colonial Place - 10571 Telegraph Rd, Glen Allen, VA. Expected relocation by October 2021.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing a wide assortment of support for multiple business departments
  • Organizing schedules and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
  • Creating and proofing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Coordinating trainings, presentations, celebrations, and other departmental events
  • Performing general administrative duties, including phone and email communication
  • Maintaining documentation/files for projects on ongoing operational activities
  • Assisting our Business Controller with day-to-day operational duties
  • Taking initiative to analyze, change and/or develop system to improve office efficiencies
  • Open, sort, scan and deliver mail daily

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong, independent decision-making capability
  • Experience with general business, analysis, and accounting desired
  • Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to take direction, thrive in a team environment, and operate independently
  • Strong ability to multitask and balance a heavy workload

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year
  • Must have a valid license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years. (Points on driving record cannot exceed a total of 8 points)
  • No drug or alcohol violations on within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
