Staff Product Management - Digital Financial Services - Affirm and Capital One

The Customer Product team builds products to enhance the experience for millions of customers. You’ll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate remote teams and work with teams who develop experiences that have changed the industry including the mobile app, online grocery experience, curbside, or Delivery Unlimited. Walmart isgrowing our Affirm and Capital One product team.The opportunity is to lead the roadmap and execution plan forAffirm and Capital One.

You will be responsible for building the roadmap for digital and in-store to help our customerstake advantage of Affirm to buy now, pay later. Additionally, you willhelp us grow our co-branded credit card business with Capital One.These two product lines enable our customers to shopbetter,and theydrive significant margins for our overallbusiness.

You will be responsible for executing the current roadmap and defining the next version of how we should grow this area. You will partner with business, marketing, design and engineeringstakeholdersto figure out what is working and how we can improve it in the short term, allwhile setting up a strategic growth roadmap that will increase revenuerelated to these products and partnerships.

This role is a combination of strategic thinking and daily execution. Your ability to articulate a clear plan and align your partners will be a big part of your success.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop the roadmap and execute it
  • Identify opportunities that grow revenue, cut costs and maximize customeracquisition
  • Own writing requirements, acceptance criteria, and drawing UML diagrams for all the products you ship
  • Understand the impact of each new feature and be able to articulate the value relative to customer experience vs opportunity cost
  • Prioritize and plan the backlog to align the work for future sprints
  • Work with a cross-functional group of people that includes design, copy, data, and engineering


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or UX Designer
  • Defined and owned a roadmap and can articulate the trade-offs
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer product space working on a product that has reached 1millionactiveusers
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of what you are building
  • Exceptionally detailed oriented and can present your findings in a well-articulated manner
  • Superb writer
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and still hit core responsibilities and key deadlines
  • Know how to collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on your projects
  • Ability to quickly build consensus


Preferred Skills
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Former UX designer
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user testing
