AD, HCP Systems of Care Marketing - CRM New Launch

In the US, 15M patients are diagnosed with ASCVD and have above-target LDL-C goal despite the availability of multiple treatment options.

The Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic Franchise has a rich history and promising future in launching new brands. We are looking for a highly innovative marketer who will play an important role in helping improve the lives of patients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The Associate Director HCP Systems of Care will develop and execute the HCP Marketing strategy and tactics for the specific segment of HCPs that are affiliated with systems of care (large physician groups, integrated delivery networks, etc.).
Specific responsibilities will include the following:
• Lead the development and implementation of the HCP Marketing strategy to HCPs within targeted systems of care, focusing on non-clinical HCP promotional elements.
• Have a clear understanding of practice dynamics for HCPs affiliated with systems of care
• Deep understanding of buy and bill product acquisition methodology
• Work closely with the HCP marketing team to ensure strategies and tactics are aligned.
• Develop, execute, and measure tactics and resources used by the field team for HCPs within systems of care.
• Create and/or assist in the development of training programs for internal customers and partners associated with these HCPS within systems of care
• Work with the training department, to create and execute training programs that increase the sales team effectiveness in delivering resources and capabilities that drive brand growth.
• Work with legal, regulatory, compliance and medical colleagues to ensure appropriate use of materials and resources.
• Lead interactions with extended brand team members including other functional areas (Sales, Patient Access & Health Policy; Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Training, Finance and others) building consensus/buy-in among these team members
• Work with the broader marketing team to ensure aligned strategic direction and messaging, where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with Novartis policies and procedures and full integration into the Novartis culture and support resources.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required; business and/or biological science degree and concentration in marketing are preferred (MBA a plus)
• System of Care Account Management experience
• 5 + years of marketing experience/ agency preferably with launch and in-line products
• Deep understanding of buy and bill acquisition methodology is required
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies in the systems of care
• Proven record of accomplishment of launch brand performance and leading product marketing functions.
• Demonstrated success leading across functional teams.
