The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering the highest quality candidate experience while managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for openings supporting the Containerboard Plants.The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and preparing offers.The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for building a strong relationship with the hiring managers company-wide, identifying the job requirements and educating them on the best practices.The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for enhancing, streamlining and improving the hiring process for both hiring managers as well as candidates.This position includes creatively marketing PCA to future employees.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify creative solutions to address their staffing needs and construct a personalized candidate journey to engage top talent.Manage full life-cycle recruitment process including but not limited to posting the job requisitions, conducting intake interviews, sourcing candidates, and developing a successful recruiting strategy.
  • Educate hiring managers on effective and legal interview techniques, prepare offer letters, and initiate the background and drug screen process.
  • Collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share ideas and best practices, and foster the teamwork and learning environment.
  • Propose process improvements to ensure the best new hire experience.
  • Identify, manage, and limit the use of the third-party agencies utilizing them only as needed to ensure a robust time-to-hire recruitment cycle.
  • Follow the Federal contractor guidelines.
  • Coordinate necessary candidate travel, audit and process candidate expense reports, ensuring guidelines are met and reimbursement occurs in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for knowing and following company's policies and procedures and for finding ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Communications or a combination of education and experience.
  • 3-7 years of full life-cycle Talent Acquisition experience sourcing and recruiting within a multi-site/units, multi-state organization demonstrating progression in the role.
  • Must have 2 plus years' experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry. Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Engaging and approachable personality.Establishes positive and professional relationships easily.
  • Must have previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter LITE.
  • Must be competent in Word and Excel.Experience with PowerPoint a plus.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Dayforce.
  • Previous experience working for a Federal Contractor or sub-contractor is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and career fairs.
