Overview:

Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter at the corporate location in Tempe, AZ.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the hiring of all Enterprise Corporate Services personnel. The Corporate Recruiter must have strong recruiting capabilities as they are responsible for providing top talent from a diverse candidate pool. The Corporate Recruiter must also have the interpersonal savvy needed to partner with various levels of leadership to ensure an effective hiring process is established and executed.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for the management and fullfillment of all Enterprise Corporate Services positions
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and cross functional partners to best meet the recruiting need of the business
  • Qualify all requirements with hiring managers to fully understand the role, outline the job description and understand the core skills, abilities and knowledge desired
  • Consult with leadership on customized recruitment strategy, process, feasibility of hire and possible opportunities and challenges
  • Establish and execute college recruiting strategy in assigned territory utilizing Handshake Premium Partnership
  • Utilize advanced internet recruiting techniques to source candidates
  • Serve as subject matter expert to improve capabilities of hiring, while educating leadership on talent assessment
  • Work with departments to continually drive referral program; this includes educating departments on success profiles, screening candidates and providing feedback
  • Ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented to each office by direct sourcing and partnering with each market to drive diversity strategy
  • Manage Enterprise Corporate Services employee application and interview process for internal vacancies
  • Partner with all necessary parties to ensure an effective employee start process is maintained; negotiate and administer offer packages, as well as, background/credit checks
  • Maintain documentation in iCIMS, while ensuring OFCCP compliance is met for all candidates
  • Assist in a variety of departmental and companywide projects, including but not limited to applicant tracking, compliance, audits, diversity/inclusion projects, social media/market strategies and job enrichment/education
  • Recruit, facilitate, manage and develop corporate Future Leaders Program (summer internship)

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
  • BA/BS strongly preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years recruiting experience preferred
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to to represent Aerotek in a postive manner both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to perform in a production based environment
  • Must be capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Must demonstrate ability to strategize organizational goals and provide solutions to achieve desired outcome
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects, be self motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
