Associate Business Manager – WEC – Marketplace Strategy & GTM Ops

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Developing go-to-market strategy– Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategic plans and processes to operationalize our business and product strategy. Own and continually refine best practice approaches to successfully launch programs/products, drive user adoption/awareness, and continually optimize initiatives throughout their lifecycle. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on key objectives for the program/product GTM plan and are informed about all projects in your domain.
  • Operationalizing new product and business capabilities – Take an ownership mindset and strategically thought partner with Product, Tech and Business teams to develop and help to execute the end-to-end product rollout plan. Support build and deployment of marketing collateral, playbooks and training to drive user awareness and adoption. Track performance / gather feedback from key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and engage with Product / Tech teams to prioritize within roadmaps.
  • Optimizing business and product operations – Evaluate business and operational problems, conduct data-driven analysis to assess potential solutions, and develop strategic recommendations that address the root cause of problems. Drive continuous optimization opportunities to improve key processes including roadmap and product planning process, customer/user feedback, and product and strategy development.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Business leaders – Engage with teams and leaders across Marketplace and broader Walmart organization (Product/Tech, Analytics, Retail, etc.) and coordinate to improve alignment, develop joint priorities and represent Marketplace strategies and objectives in critical decision-making forums.
