Ecommerce is changing and this role is positioned to lead key pieces of that change---Fulfillment customer experiences. You will learn what it’s like to operate at the largest scale in omnichannel fulfillmentworking across~4600 stores, fulfillment centers and defining front-end experiences to help customers get what they want, wherever they want, whenever they want.No two days are the same! This role is strategic, high-visibility, and marketleading.

As a Staff Product Manageryourscope consists of leading complex projects and products, aligning product vision with business objectives, translating user research into feature ideation, and prioritizing and executing a roadmap that achieves business objectives.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have comfort with analytics and user experience design, the ability to influence leaders and teams, demonstrate structured thinking, and have strong communication skills.

In this role you will…

  • Define, develop, and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Test and Learn – you will define AB tests with your analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on your products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX


  • Identify strategies and a vision for your fulfillment and customer location products using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
