This role is the Learning Partner for the Corporate Function Geographic Services (GS) team.

Geographic Services manages infrastructure services through our business functions and across market units working together as One GS with speed, collaboration and compassion to drive shared success with Accenture and our clients.

The GS Learning Partner is responsible for designing and implementing innovative and relevant learning solutions for GS people. The individual will need to work with the GS Talent Strategy Program Lead and GS Talent Strategy team to strategize, design and execute the learning strategy and programs tied to the overall GS and GS Talent Strategy priorities. The individual will also need to work with other global GS colleagues and Accenture learning COE to deliver on the learning priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with GS stakeholders to understand their learning requirements and current skill gaps
  • Create a learning plan to address these needs bringing innovative and affordable learning solutions
  • Ensure the GS Learning Strategy is directly aligned to the GS Talent Strategy and helps deliver on the outcomes
  • Drive global Accenture learning priorities and leverage global Accenture learning assets for GS
  • Design innovative learning programs for cross GS audience to build the right skills and mindsets aligned to the GS vision and mission and the One GS mindset
  • Engage with GS Business Function leaders to understand their functional learning needs and recommend the right learning solution
  • Ensure learning programs leverage different learning approaches such as virtual / online learning, videos, podcasts, simulations, etc
  • Implement success measures to measure the outcomes of learning programs
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning COE, Marketing and communications team and other GS and Accenture colleagues to execute the learning plan
  • Oversee execution of plan, working with operations and delivery teams as needed
  • Manage GS learning budget to ensure learning spend is aligned to the GS priorities to maximize Return on Learning
  • Develop, coach and support team members and members of extended team

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor´s Degree


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in learning, Human Resources, business, or related field
  • Experience in complex problem-solving, business acumen, and stakeholder management (minimum 5 years)
  • Proven track record establishing project plans and delivering at a high level of quality, on time (minimum 5 years)
  • Able to drive progress on numerous initiatives simultaneously and on a global scale (minimum 5 years)
  • Ability to develop a point of view and present a well-structured story to leadership
  • Experience working with and supervising cross location and cross culture teams


Professional Skills:
  • Strong executive presence: Speak comfortably with Accenture leadership and drive discussions to understand leadership's needs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Agility and adaptability; leading with an innovation mindset
  • Results orientation; ability to get things done
  • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others
  • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to create a one year and multi-year learning plan and project manage that learning plan
  • Fluent in English
