Describe responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to make an impact by leading a team of EE / PE shift technicians at DMOS6. The ideal candidate for this will lead the EE / PE techs on B or D shift and strive for synergy between shifts for execution and productivity on night shifts.
  • Manage a team of equipment & process technicians from multiple modules
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the EE & PE technicians.
  • Set EE & PE tech priorities to support operational needs and engineering priorities.
  • Set EE & PE tech goals and align them with Engineering team goals.
  • Provide continuous feedback and mentorship to the EE & PE technicians
  • Define EE & PE technician IDPs and support them to achieve the IDP goals.
  • Help drive standardization in disposition practices across the shifts.
  • Help onboard new EE & PE technicians and ramp plans.
  • Drive compliance to all safety and non-safety training for EE & PE technicians.
  • Build and maintain relationships between the engineering, manufacturing and technician teams.
  • Participate in audits (customer, internal, FAB, 5S, etc)
  • Support engineering module with certain process ownership.

Minimum requirements:

B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgic Engineering, Physics or relevant Technical degree. May consider AS degreed candidates with relevant work experience and demonstrated leadership skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Must have 3 years of experience working in Fab environment.

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
