Role Value Proposition: Perform core processing and administrative functions including day to day client services and administrative support to customers and responding to client requests. Perform significant financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner, process individual and corporate account transactions, and prepare reports for internal and external customers. Maintains data integrity, facilitates cash flow transactions of Separate Accounts, and provides reporting services on account activity. Provides relationship and account management services to key clients and National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Overall accountability for day-to-day support of multiple clients. Prepares and completes more complex accounting processes, calculations and reports. Responsible for key clients and national accounts. Leads and coordinates new client implementation. Primary contact for a large number of clients or a medium to large distribution channel

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Proficient oral/written communication skills. Proficient problem solving and analysis. Proficient multi-tasking and prioritization. Moderate knowledge of group products, services and systems.

Experience and Education: 3 -5 years, BA/BS.
